These Terms & Conditions govern all contractual relationships between served Tennis GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Tennis School") and participants in tennis lessons, training sessions, courses, camps, events, and other offered services.
By registering for or using a service, these Terms & Conditions are deemed accepted.

The current information at www.srvd.ch is binding.
Images, training descriptions, or representations serve illustrative purposes and do not constitute guaranteed properties.
The Tennis School is entitled to adjust training groups, training locations, coaches, training times, or training formats if this is objectively justified. There is no claim to specific coaches, fixed training conditions, or unchanged group compositions.
The Tennis School is entitled to replace coaches with qualified substitutes.
Registration is done in writing or electronically (e.g., website, form, email).
A contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Tennis School.
The Tennis School reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
The prices published at the time of registration apply.
Invoices must be paid within the specified payment period without deduction.
In case of late payment, the Tennis School reserves the right to:
Offsetting against counterclaims is excluded.
Group composition is determined by the Tennis School based on sporting and organizational criteria. There is no claim to a specific group assignment.
Prices are based on the planned group size. In case of permanent changes, an appropriate price adjustment may be made. Any credits will be settled at the end of the course period.
Lessons not attended for personal reasons will neither be made up nor refunded. In case of longer-term, proven incapacity (illness/accident), a proportional credit may be granted upon presentation of a medical certificate. There is no claim to this.
Registration applies for the entire course period and is binding. Ordinary termination during the ongoing period is excluded.
Courses only take place with sufficient participation. The Tennis School reserves the right to adjust, combine, or cancel courses.
Weather-related restrictions in outdoor training do not entitle participants to refunds. The decision on feasibility lies exclusively with the Tennis School.
Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours before the start time.
Lessons canceled within the deadline can be rescheduled.
In case of short-term cancellations or unexcused absence, the lesson will be charged in full.
Confirmed lessons are binding. Withdrawal does not entitle to a refund.
Lessons that are canceled for reasons attributable to the Tennis School will be rescheduled if possible.
If rescheduling is not possible, a proportional credit or refund will be issued.
Further claims are excluded.
Force majeure includes in particular natural events, extreme weather conditions, official orders, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
In such cases, there is no claim to damages or refund.
Services already rendered remain due.
Participants are obligated to disclose any health restrictions or risks before training begins.
The Tennis School reserves the right to exclude participants from training or adjust training in case of health or safety concerns. In such cases, there is no claim to a refund.
Participation is at your own risk.
The liability of the Tennis School is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Tennis School is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded - to the extent permitted by law.
The Tennis School assumes no liability for accidents, property damage, theft, or loss of personal items.
Participants are required to have adequate accident and liability insurance.
Participants commit to respectful and sportsmanlike conduct.
The instructions of the coaches must be followed.
In case of serious or repeated violations, exclusion may occur. There is no claim to a refund.
The Tennis School processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Photo and video recordings may be created during training.
These may be used for communication and marketing purposes unless expressly objected to.
Use is carried out while respecting the legitimate interests of participants.
Objection is possible at any time.
Communication is generally conducted via electronic channels. Participants are required to provide current contact details.
The Tennis School reserves the right to make organizational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
served Tennis GmbH does not assume any obligations of previous providers.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of served Tennis GmbH.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Amendments require written form or an equivalent electronic form.
